British Sausages (Bangers) Our sausages are made in North Carolina to traditional English recipes, using the finest seasonings imported from London. They are lean plump and juicy, and will not shrink in the pan. To purchase these bangers click on the British Banger photo

British Style Back Bacon We are able to reproduce British Back Bacon using American pork loins and curing them using the famous "Wiltshire Cure" method which produces some of the best bacon in the UK. Our bacon is up to 70% leaner than the leanest American style bacon.

Wiltshire Ham Our Wiltshire Cure Hams are boned, rolled and tied They weigh between 12-15 lbs. They are ready to boiled or popped into the oven for baking.

Gammon Bacon cured using the "Wiltshire Cure" method, boned and cut into 3 Lb. joints. It can be sliced to make gammon steaks, boiled to make ham sandwiches or baked according to the recipe below. Joints are sold by weight on the scale labels.
